Be Inspired
Established in 1934, Tecumseh Products became the world’s largest independent producer for refrigeration compressors and manufactured the compressor for the first window air conditioner unit. Later, the company manufactured a variety of products, including 40mm shells for World War II. By the mid-1950s, Tecumseh Products was responsible for powering nearly 50 percent of all cooling appliances.
The company provided jobs to thousands and became a beloved landmark, even after it moved out of Tecumseh in 2009.
The once abandoned building has been revitalized, allowing the nostalgic, industrial feeling to remain while creating a new inspiring atmosphere.

Studio lofts are 400 to 510 square-feet and maximize the space available to fit your lifestyle. One-bedroom lofts ranging from 585 to 700 square-feet are ideally sized for your comfort and entertaining. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartments are offered between 820 to 1,090 square-feet and give you that extra space you may need for your children, a roommate, or even a pet!

The Products, with its name inspired by the property’s history, is a unique addition to the community. This venue is constructed from shipping containers which provide an industrial-chic atmosphere and features a variety of restaurants, bars, live music and events, traditional games and activities, art galleries, and much more.
Designed for locals and visitors of all ages, this location is expected to be the prime hangout spot for the community and a destination from surrounding areas. The outdoor courtyard and balconies allow you to enjoy the fresh air under ambient lighting while enjoying the melodies of local bands and professional musicians. Children will have a blast entertaining themselves with games like Jenga and Cornhole, while the adults wind-down with full bar service. You are welcome to express yourself at the Podcast Station, and have fun splurging at The Products swag shop. Aspiring chefs will have the opportunity to introduce their unique cuisine to the public. This will be the hub for people near and far, thus providing entertainment for everyone, no matter your age or preferred leisure activity.
200 Square Feet of Epicurean Bliss
We’re partnering with aspiring local chefs to serve up unique creations working out of six shipping containers fitted with the equipment they need to feed you what you crave. Refined yet simple. Familiar, but new. From comfort foods to Asian fusions, to Italian delights, and everything in between, you’ll taste the passion in every dish. While some of the flavors may seem exotic, the ingredients will be as local as possible as we strive to work with nearby farms to bring their bushels to your belly.
Wash your meal down with your favorite craft beer, inspired cocktail, hand-selected wine, gourmet coffee, or nostalgic soft drink. Drive-thru coffee and savory eatables make your commute to work desirable. Enjoy eating with family or new friends at our communal dining tables. Life tastes better when you’re sharing it with others.
When you’re done eating, get your game on. Socialize in our open courtyard, balconies, and rooftop terraces. Engage in classic games of Jenga, cornhole, and skeeball.
